The covid safety measures put in place were explained well so we felt safe. We were shown the bed selection computer and from that information were shown the mattresses suitable to us. The colleague was very helpful without being pushy and helped us to make our selection.

Staff were knowledgeable, helpful and not too in our faces! Left us to try out the beds but was readily available for advise (and to speedily disinfect the beds once we were done). Brilliant experience! Ian at the gillingham branch has made loyal dreams customers of us!

We were served by Howard at the Gillingham Retail Park Store. He was extremely helpful and patient with us. I tried the mattresses after checking my needs on the machine provided. Howard was very good and knew our needs. He was not pushy at all and gave us time to think. We were offered seats and drinking water. We placed the order and all paperwork was fine most efficiently and to our satisfaction. We were very happy with the service and have recommended family to visit the store before buying elsewhere.
