Dreams - Gillingham

We were able to go straight into the store using sanitising at the entrance. We were greeted by a sales person who asked what we required. I was given paper to place on the beds and was guided to the test bed to ascertain my requirements. I was then shown and tried 3 beds and found the ideal one for my needs. I didn't feel rushed at all and happy with the one chosen. Delivery is not too long and looking forward to receiving my new mattress.

His approach was very friendly with a very good knowledge of the goods and services. There was lots of assistance but no pressure to buy or upscale. I felt that my experience in the store and my custom was paramount to Jamie and he made the whole process enjoyable and easy.
