The assistant Emma was very helpful. Made sure we were comfortable and offered us water to drink. So helpful and friendly. Checked all social distancing measures were in place. Extremely helpful and made a very pleasant shopping experience

We were able to go straight into the store using sanitising at the entrance. We were greeted by a sales person who asked what we required. I was given paper to place on the beds and was guided to the test bed to ascertain my requirements. I was then shown and tried 3 beds and found the ideal one for my needs. I didn't feel rushed at all and happy with the one chosen. Delivery is not too long and looking forward to receiving my new mattress.
