Very friendly salesperson

I was greeted in store immediately and shown to the simulator machine, I didn’t feel pressure at any point from the sales team. When I found out at the last minute that the bed I ordered wasn’t part of the Boxing Day sale , the manager who served me (in Gillingham store) was very kind and offered me other options to reduce the price which I was extremely grateful for.

The adviser kept to covid restrictions ensuring safety for both myself and them. Very quick and efficient service provided. Well done Gillingham store 👍🏻

I was very pleased with the service and Jamie's knowledge and help choosing the right mattress for me was amazing. If your company provides awards/employee of the month etc. then Jamie must be top of the list.

The young man who served me was very polite and professional he explained everything in complete detail nothing was too much trouble Jamie made me feel completely relaxed and at ease throughout my visit to your store he is very good at his job

Staff Howard. Asked questions listened to me & my daughter who bed was for. Put her on the mattress tech thing so she get the right mattress for her. Ask what range. Asked what type of base. Showed 1 of each type same as mattress. He was really good with her he listened & was patient with her, didn't rush her. Even though it was late & I'm pretty close to closing.

Friendly staff member, helped me pick the right mattress for my daughter. Good quality, could take it home that day.

Jamie the salesman was very knowledgeable on what we needed to know about mattresses. He explained to us about the sleep match machine off which we used being very hygienic at all times also giving us two pillows to lie our heads on ,he explained what would happened and when finished took us to the mattresses that were suitable once we agreed he then made us a coffee and went through the paperwork

We found Jamie very friendly and welcoming, he ran us through the mattress finder, discussed in detail the types of mattress we need and the details of each one. Me, my and 2 children Were offer drinks and helped every step of the way.

The member of staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Very friendly and we managed to order everything everything we needed.
