Jamie of the in-store Customer Services Team in the Gillingham store met my wife and I at the door and was extremely keen to understand our needs right from the start. The Covid 19 procedure required by Dreams was fully demonstrated to us as we walked through the store. By showing us the bed and mattress we were seeking to buy Jamie ensured we were happy with our intended purchase. We were invited to test out the mattress. The process of conducting the order was thorough and Jamie made sure we were made fully aware of the specifications of the items we were purchasing before agreeing payment. We were also offered a drink and Jamie assisted me in completing the in-store questionnaire.
