I thought the bed matching machine was a good idea and gave us a quick way of narrowing down the choice available to the most suitable products for us. We were also given a chance to try out and compare different price ranges without any pressure.

The salesperson listened to our requirements, invited us to use the machine to determine our individual needs and then took us straight to the types of mattresses we needed to try out. We had planned to buy just the mattress but, because the salesperson was knowledgeable and gave us space and time to discuss the purchase, we decided to also purchase the divan and headboard.

We didn’t have an appointment book, however the sales assistant spent time with us showing the range of products we were interested in, so helpful.
