I was allowed time to browse and to compare beds when options were showed. I loved the technology and how this was explained to me. The product knowledge by the staff member was second to none and I felt no pressure, it was more a conversation which allowed me to come to my own decision without being swayed which was perfect for me.

The member of staff was cheerful, informative without being pushy, he took time to show various products and gave me time to choose
