The store guy was very knowledgeable and helped save us time by suggesting we use the bed tester to shortlist mattresses.

Jamie was very welcoming and knowledgeable. We had been into Bensons firBeds just prior and felt the staff were not welcoming and did not put us at ease.

Upon our arrival Jamie made us feel very welcome, from entering the store to leave he was very welcoming and explaining everything, there was nothing to fault, as a person who works in retail I always look for the best customer service and Jamie went above and beyond for us from start to finish
