The assistant was friendly and very knowledgeable. I was guided to a bed that measured my spine etc and the assistant explained how it worked. She then took me through the recommended products. I didn't feel rushed and was able to make an informed choice of mattress. The checkout procedure was efficient and prices,insurance options explained. I left the store very happy.
