Very impressed with the new machine that reads your body. The member of staff explained how it all worked and was happy to assist us. Did not feel pressured into making a purchase which is also a very big plus for me.

The salesman was very helpful and new the products well. He was very polite and easy to talk to. He didn’t rush us and listened to our needs. He showed us a range of products and did not push us to go for the most expensive he let us decide what felt right for us. He offered us refreshments and at the beginning we tried the bed machine.

Greeted as we entered the store, made to feel comfortable rather than being pushed. Offered a hot drink while we water for a assistant. End to end service was great
