Store nice and clean and we were the only people in there. Sales assistant very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

The assistant Howard was very friendly and helpful not at all pushy,had a good knowledge of all products we were interested in We thought bed used for testing for the ideal mattresses grade ( soft, medium,firm ) was a very good idea it took all the guessing out of choice of bed comfort grade While we were in store we were offered bottled water.We were made to feel ease at all times Very good selection of beds and advice on pillows

Good customer service

We waited outside the store less then 5 minutes to enter. My body was checked on the machine I explained what mattress I wanted and didn’t want. We quickly found the bed I was looking for that felt comfortable enough. However the mattress was above my budget however it was hard to resist to say no, but I went and got it with all the benefits Gary told me especially as I don’t just use my bed for sleeping in as i sit up watching movies and play video games on. I also bought the tester pillow which was very comfy and bought 3 as one was for my mum. I also was persuaded to go for the mattress protector which was discounted with the insurance/extra warranty. All in all in all I was very happy with the excellent service all but the money I spent. But i am glad for walk in services as i wouldn’t have ordered the right mattress or as much as I did.

Friendly and informed staff. Range of options and ability of staff to quickly narrow down options to find the best mattress for me. The waiting time of 12 wks for delivery is my only issue, but staff was up front and honest about this which was appreciated . He was considerate of our safety at all times .
