I am an elderly lady who is very slow moving with a number of health conditions. Having had the same bed for a number of years now I find myself unable to get into and out of it easily so had taken the decision to purchase a new bed. Howard met me and my family at the door and was wonderfully patient and helpful. I get a little nervous with new things but Howard helped me understand the benefits of getting an adjustable bed which my family had recommended, and even assured me that the bed of choice came with a choice of height of legs, as a 4ft 2 inch little old lady, getting a bed that had shorter legs was a key factor. Howard was welcoming and friendly, nothing was too much trouble, even in these difficult times we all find ourselves in, he was patient and happy to help me understand the different controls and options of beds whilst managing to keep a safe distance and protecting the beds I had tried out, but also helping to protect myself and my family. Furthermore, I am extremely impressed with the speed of the delivery, I can't quite believe that the bed I ordered on Sunday afternoon will be delivered and installed by lunchtime on Friday. We were greeted, safety procedures explained, then asked what we were looking for (very professionally) Explained our requirements then shown what you had with the various options. Howard at Dreams Gillingham was excellent. Very helpful friendly and knowledgable. He was attentive without being too pushy and gave us space to browse alone but checked in on us to help us when we needed it. Really nice guy!

It was easy to pick a good product in this store with the help of an assistant Who was well versed in the well made products which you sell. Also very friendly toward the customer throughout the sale of goods, Reasonable competitive prices also helped. I would definatley reccomend
