We were greeted, safety procedures explained, then asked what we were looking for (very professionally) Explained our requirements then shown what you had with the various options. Then took the time to walk round and decide. Worth pointing out that we were only looking but ended up buying. This is not the first time we have purchased from Dreams.

Very professional approach, the sleep technology machine was interesting and gave us a good guide to what we should try and eventually buy. The mattress we settled on turned out to not be available which was a shame, but we got a great deal on our second choice and some pillows so overall we were very happy with the experience.
