Ease of booking an appointment online for the next day. Phone call from store asking what we were looking for. Covid safety measures in store were impeccable, sanitisers, gloves and towel available as soon as you walk into the store. Colleagues wearing masks & adhering to the correct social distancing measures. Jamie was very informative & knowledgeable about the products.
