Great assistance from the salesman. He knew the products and was able to direct me to specific products that would meet my needs I chose a quiet time of day to visit the store deliberately. Both salesman in the store were friendly and approachable Can’t wait to get my bed which is available super quickly!

Social distancing in place. Assistant very helpful. The item I needed was not in stock won't be assistant ordered for me to come in the post very helpful.

The person who dealt with us was excellent in terms of letting us browse by ourselves but being available when we needed them for questions or guidance. They were keen to help us in any way and offer a range of recommendations and offers.

I visited the Dreams store in Gillingham on Saturday 8th January 2022, got served straight away from Jamie. The customer service was great, he answered all my questions and his knowledge made me feel very comfortable in choosing the right mattress for myself. Thank you very much

Jamie welcomed us to the store and gave us all the information we needed to look around store and find the products we wanted ,we had been in Bensons and found the assistant in there was very pushy and followed us around but Jamie let us look round and left us to make our decision which was one of the reasons we came back the next day to place our order

Jamie was fantastic. Helped us with everything and explained what it all meant. He knew about the products and was able to give us the right advice. All in all a top service from him

Jamie who served us, was a very pleasant guy, and very welcoming, he gave us the option of the different slats to the bed frame we ordered.and explain different things and also offer us a drink if wanted.
