Gary was extremely friendly and cam.e across as genuinely interested in assisting us and helping us find the right bed at a price suitable for us.

The overall experience, using SleepWatch really helped figure out what bed was for us! The customer service was amazing considering the circumstances! So glad we went to dreams to find the perfect bed!

We were extremely satisfied with our experience as we were welcomed on arrival and asked what we were looking for. We were then taken to the bed which advises the most suitable mattress for us. Jamie then provided us with a pillow each and showed us the best mattress’s that were most suited to us within our price range. This enabled up to choose which mattress we preferred and would benefit us the most. Really happy with the quick service especially during the Covid period.

We were welcomed by the assistant when we walked into the store he showed me exactly what i was looking for he was very helpful we were offered refreshments while he did the paperwork and was delighted when i would get my delivery this week i would recommend gillingham store to my friends

Very friendly and kind service

Choosing the right bed is a mind field and doesn't come cheap. Howard helped us to use the Sleepmatch and then showed us which mattresses would be most suited to us. He took the time to show us a good selection of both mattress's and frames and listened to our needs. He also gave us space so we could browse the products available without feeling rushed or harassed.

Gary peters was very friendly very quick and and to offer professional advice to our situation. Made it slide easy to work with!

Emma was brilliant from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out. Product knowledge was second to none.

The staff member was friendly helpful and polite. The tester bed was so clever and correct. I have major spinal issues, so using this is a fab idea. The store was very well equipped for covid protection and we felt very safe

The sales assistant was extremely helpful. I had date constraints for delivery which she fulfilled without any problems. The store is completely Covid friendly and I felt very comfortable being there.
