I came in only to get an idea of mattresses as I have been suffering from disturbed sleep and back ache from my current one (not purchased from Dreams). Emma was really helpful and professional and within 10 minutes max, (with the help of the mattress app) I found the best mattress I’ve ever layed on, therefore, even though it was well over my budget, I purchased it that day. This would never have happened without Emma’s help - so I hope you acknowledge her as a complete asset to your company.
