The guy we spoke to was very friendly, explained everything, gave us time to make a decision, and did not push us into making a quick decision. The payment procedure and delivery arrangements were efficient and carried out quickly. All very nice and did not push us into making more purchases that were not required at this stage, a very friendly guy.
