Very friendly and helpful knew the products well, we explained what we needed and wasn't pressured into buying anything else service was excellent. Only down side I would have liked to have had my order a bit faster.

My husband and I were welcomed by the lady colleague who asked if we needed assistance and she talked us through the different types of beds available. She had us measured on the amazing measuring beds which tailored to our specific needs. We tried a few beds and the whole experience was fantastic. Emma explained the offers that came with the purchase and gave us options. Excellent customer service!
