My intention was to purchase a mattress which I did easily with help and advice from the member of staff.

Your team member was extremely helpful, full of information but simplified the process and listened to every query and objection I may have and found alternatives and finally a solution which resulted in an immediate purchase. She also stayed longer when her shift was due to finish to complete my order and did not make this an issue I left feeling both happy with my purchase but also my experience as I had an incredibly bad day all day. Thank you again - (I forgot her name)
