Original salesman promoted product but did not give full summary of extras due for payment. Upon placement of order with Emma she apologised for the lack of full details that Howard had failed to inform us and she completed the sale ensuring that we were aware of all costs.

Date for delivery which was agreed in store was supposed to be 14/07/15 in stead we was informed it would be delivered on the the 9/ 7/15 when we asked for the date that was agreed we were told no and then given a later date and I was told it was partly my fault for not checking the paper work. If I saw your sales man put it on the computer then enter it I can't see how it is my fault that your system does not work ,and there was no follow up call
