I was offered 10 months interest free which Emma then said the best she could do was 20 months, but when I was on your site, I am entitled to 30 months? I asked for as long as possible but was told 20 months was it. I have emailed customer services and not had any reply.

Was overcharged for bed. Phoned next morning and was told to call the next day to resolve my ussue with the man that sold me the bed. Was also told i coukd not return the pillows that i had bought even though they were still packaged. Yet it says on my receipt you can rsturn them, found this salesman to be quite rude. Unlike the man i bought bed from the previous day

I found the staff member that served me hovered over me and didnt let me inspeavt the product i was interested in. Also when purchasing i found they kept trying to add on additonal services and items and not explaining fully that these had to be paid for, for instance they asked would i like the sofa bed put together by the delivery people, i said ok, only later in the conversation did i find out you wanted to charge me an extra £28 for this.

Although the salesman was extremley polite and helpful and remarkably well trained in his sales technique , the exta payments £39 for a disposal bag for my old matress to be taken away was an extortionate amount of money for a polythene bag ,even of the size required . on top of which £39 delivery charge and a "fitted double sheet" thrown in as a thankyou turned out to be a super king size of no use that was invoiced at another£5. Altogether this added £83 to the cost of purchasing a bed !. I would have expected to pay for delivery but not the dissposal bag

The assistant was supposed to phone me to discuss the delivery date as they were unable to access a computer when I placed my order. Also there was no explanation of the delivery charges. I called and spoke to the store manager the following day and they were very helpful and resolved my issues

When placing the order we were charged for delivery. At the time we accepted this but later when looking online we found that we could have had a free delivery to our front door which is where we required it to be delivered, not in a bedroom. We phoned your help desk and after some discussion got a refund of the delivery cost for which many thanks. If the free delivery to the door only applies to online orders you should say so on the site. If it is available to every order the assistant should have offered it to us.

Price of delivery and disposal is very high. I later cancelled disposal.
