On making visits to the shop on two occasions in the evenings and making separate purchases we were in general very satisfied, one of the questions we couldn't properly comment on because we haven't received our goods yet.

I was satisfied I ticked it

Salesman was with another customer for a short period, but once he attended to us, we were very satisfied with his service

The salesperson in branch not entirely helpful at first. Phoned Customer Services and Julian was extremely helpful and resolved issue. Customer Service Team have ALWAYS been exceptionally helpful

The sales person showed us a range of products we were looking for, advising on quality of the goods in question. Showing the full range price wise and ultimately provided an un biased opinion regarding price of product. She had an in depth knowledge of the product which was extremely useful in coming to a decision on purchasing the product . Excellent service

quick and easy to order and didn't have to stay in store to long.

I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE LENGTH OF TIME I HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE DELIVERY OF A SINGLE MATTRESS. CONSIDERING THIS IS THE NATURE OF YOUR STORE 3 WEEKS SEEMS EXCESSIVE AND AS IT HAPPENS IT WILL BE LONGER THAN THAT.

Upon entering the store there was no members of staff visible to us, and we looked around the store and there was no members of staff to be seen anywhere. We had to wait 10 minutes before a member of staff came back into the shop from out the back/ outside before we could be served.

My purchase was not complicated as I knew what my requirements were.

Only one computer terminal working in store - hence long wait to input order.
