The initial service abd sale were very ell conducted, bt once the salesman had my signature on the " can't back out" document, he totally lost interest and at the tme i ws the only customer in the store.

Howard was really good and accommodating, could not have done more. Products / pricing ok

Only because insurance am extras were pushed I felt like I was in a show shop again in the eighties being asked to buy shoe polish!! I had paid over £800 then asked to spend more on insurance and pillows not impressed not the sales person fault I would suggest the fault of greed from Dreams.

Found Howard gore really helpful and enthusiastic however his colleagues made us feel judged and unwelcome

Retail staff at the desk not on floor so we had to approach them. But they were polite and friendly

Price of add ons, delivery and removal of old items in particular. A few years ago, I would have assembled and removed old items myself but my years now make that difficult. As a pensioner I am now forced to accept these extra costs.

This was my daughters first time purchase of a bed and we both felt the choice was either low priced giving low quality or extremely expensive. There seemed to be no middle ground .

we were there a long time before anyone asked if we needed help, we found a bed for my daughter eventually and needed help with a mattress, the assistant was helpful but I ended up finding the mattress as he was showing us all the expensive ones even though we said we were on a budget. However he was very friendly and was keen to help.

we had our 2 children with us who both needed the toilet but as none avalible in store it meant we cut our visit short, we would of also brought our mattress same day if we didn't have to drive to nearest toilets.
