Ian the salesman is very helpful, approchable and accomodating!!

It was okay

The store in Gillingham kent wa fantastic, but when I picked up my bed at swanley one of your warehouse staff just did not seem to care.. he just dumped the boxes in the back of my van boxes where damaged but lucky on checking the bed it was not. Even one of his colleagues could not believe his attitude towards my packages.

I was satisfied until I got home and looked on line for the mattress we ordered and found that by ordering on line I could have saved £500 . I have not told my husband this . Also I looked at my paperwork and I cannot cancel order without accruing charges . Lesson learnt by me

Store was very hot on the top floor.

I was pleased with the help and everything within the store but since I have not received the goods yet, I cannot state how good the items are!

We were very satisfied with our experience and Jaime was very helpful.

The customer service we received waa fine but nothing exceptional. One example of this was that the man who helped us only thought to offer us a drink just as we were leaving ! This wasn't a deal-breaker as we needed to leave and weren't too worried about having a drink (as is rare to be offered a drink anywhere) but had we have been offered a drink on arrival we would have been won over and more likely to make a purchase !

Low staffing levels caused delays in service

I never give any shopping experience ,holidays restaurant, etc top marks because I always believe there is always room for improvement in every thing
