Assistant went off to get a cup of tea, did not seem that concerned with our needs

I was satisfied and not highly, as this was my first visit to your store. I have never been to Dream before.

There wasn't enough staff on shift and they were in the process of setting up new displays, when I went into the store there wasn't a visible member off staff so I had to search for one, other than that there wasn't a problem, when I had located the "colleague" he was very helpful and sorted my order straight away.

Satisfied is good I rarely feel the need to gush about most things.

We were persuaded to buy an extended warranty for the mattress that we bought. We asked what would happen if dreams went into administrstion and the sales person said it would be still covered as the warranty is underwritten. However when I asked who we would contact if there was a problem the sales person said to contact him in the shop. How will that work if the company went into administration? We do not have any contact numbers for the underwriters!

I was satisfied it was the 2.5 month wait was too long.

Prices of mattress are very expensive subjective and no real ideal choice it's always a compromise.

Only delivery time one month but satisfied with store and salesmen very good in store
