managed to miss one of the 4 available delivery spaces between showing interest and buying,partly resolved by using courier, even though this was a showroom ex display bed and not coming from a warehouse, we have to wait for headboard to be delivered at a later date yet there was one in showroom. the salesperson Emma was absolutely first class and sorted out a courier delivery for bed preventing a lost sale. well done

Staff were very keen to upsell, but I found I was judged to be looking for certain budget because of my age. This was not the case. One members of staff was having an issue with the card machine, and was treated unfairly by his colleagues. Having orders barked at him.

I was highly satisfied with the friendly salesman (Howard) who was very professional and courteous. But I’m unable to use the highly satisfied phrase yet as I haven’t received the mattress we’ve ordered yet, so hopefully that will happen on the day promised, and until we’ve slept on it for a few days, we won’t know if the product is as good as Dreams tell us it is. But no reflection on Howard, who I repeat, was very friendly and helpful. I’m happy to repeat your survey a couple of weeks after delivery.

To be Highly Satisfied would need to be highly exceptional experience, this was a good shopping experience.

we have always bought our products from dreams..on one of our previous visits we had a terrible experience with a member of staff, the delivery didn't arrive when stated and the area manager ended up having to be involved as our service was so bad which put us of, but we thought we'd give dreams a second chance and with the overall shop experience so terrible we ordered on line which was not good as after only a few years our mattress needs replacing as with any online order we didn't test it and ..well anouther bad experience from dreams...but we thought we would try a third time it being lucky and all and went to our local store so we could spend some time and try the full range which was great.. I didn't give the full mark because at one point i felt a little uneasy...will i go back to dreams ?? not sure.

the information required was good, haggling was not entered into at all, the best part of a deal with anyone is the ability to haggle, so IO was not fully impressed.
