Emma was knowledgeable about the products and explained everything well. We tried a number of beds and she explained the information regarding each bed.

Everything was brilliant just the missus has back problems and isn't the workers fault just didn't realise that the product was gonna be taking that long but that's life can't have something by the snap of your fingers just have to wait that's why I'm not disappointed nor happy as there's nothing wrong or nothing anyone could do about it aha

I felt uncomfortable about the various additional prices, as I commented to a friend it was like booking a flight with Ryan Air, a charge for taking the mattress away, the bed head, if you wish to request a specific delivery time, all revealed at the point of paying for the mattress. It was then suggested that we purchase mattress covers, which we did, but there were no carrier bags. As we were leaving we were given a plastic bag to put the old mattress in. My mother is 76, I don't live with her, now I am worried that if the old mattress is not bagged up and ready to go when the new mattress is delivered the delivery men will not take it!

Felt that more info was needed online about which mattress was suitable for regular use or those really for guest rooms. I chose online a mattress which was a Silent Night mirocoil but then when I went into the shop, I was told that it was really for spare room. I then went for a pocket sprung one.

I was satisfied with all aspects of my visit I did not realise I had to be highly satisfied with every question. I do think satisfied is quite adequate

We bought a bed and was assured that it was flexible to go up the stairs it wasn't.. So on return to the store the manager was quite abrupt he was talking to us as if it was our fault we choose another bed but had to wait mother two weeks for delivery, in which time we were sleeping on the floor but apart from all of that they were helpful

I do not think that one can explain really why I just felt satisfied. I do not feel critical to the service, I was just satisfied.

There's always room for improvement wherever you go. Would be helpful to have the same type of mattresses together so not walking around the store looking for them (although store assistant was helpful) and coding worked.

Spending £2500 it was disappointing that you still charged me to install the bed and that you also tried to charge me for delivery
