It's what we've found since the purchase that has caused the 'satisfied' outcome. When the mattress was delivered the driver advised we (they could not) remove the plastic wrapper and leave the mattress to air for about an hour to allow the 'smell' to dissipate. A week on from delivery and we are still having to unmake the ned each day, unzip the top cover and leave the window open to try and reduce the odour of the bed. Checking on Tempur website they suggest it can take 4-6 weeks for the odour to go. I did mention, during the time in the showroom, that I'm an asthmatic. Had 'gary' known that from the start this would have been the only mattress he'd have recommended. For the first couple of nights the odour left me breathless, it's improved since but it's more than a little frustrating that we were not warned about the odour at the time of the sale. it's clearly not a one of matter!

I believe the display could be improved, the store should be set up to be more welcoming and if you are trying to present a cut price show room experience then the prices should reflect this.

Initialy overwhelmed with product information. Once left to identify & ask questions ourselves with another less aggressive sales rep the environment become more friendly.

First sales person I found too aggressive he was bombarding me with information I was overwhelmed. The sales person we eventually dealt with ( Jamie ) was much more to my liking & seemed to be on the same wavelength as me.

From memory all signage all round the store and on most items stated 8 years + warranty. However the LAST comment just before payment, after all paperwork and with all waiting - was told 12 months warranty. Which OBVIOUSLY 'can be extended' for an additional amount! We did NOT like this pressure selling technique. For this issue alone I would NOT recommend your company to anyone. I left the store feeling cheated due to the poor signage... My day to day work is visiting retailers throughout the UK - I can see why stores are going from the high-street, on-line I would NOT have placed the order with your company. As I feel I would not have had the pressure (Not from the salesmen) to make the purchase.
