Highly satisfied is being 10 out 10 with everything. 10 out 10 gives you what! The best showroom experience, the best quality, at the best price? Maybe the best quality, that i don't know until i've used the product, the best price is to what one can afford, the best showroom experience well that i don't know didn't go anywhere else.

MY HUSBAND AND I WERE VERY SATISFIED WITH YOUR COLLEAGUE WAS VERY HELPFULL AND HE TOOK HIS TIME SHOWED US AROUND AND ADVISED US .

Store not air conditioned . I visited on hottest day !! Staff did kindly offer me a drink.

We needed a mattress we could walk out with that day and found it to be very limited and not as good As the one the salesman asked me to try as he said this is the same quality as the one you are buying

members of staff we're rude and didnt seem to want to interact with us until we walked up to them. They were more focused on the teenages outside of the store rather then us (the kids had not attempted to come inside and were not with anyone inside the store.) We were not offered a drink whilst waiting for the salesman and when we finally seen, myself and my mother felt rushed and dismissed. We left the store and returned and met Howard who was very helpful and we ended up buying a bed from him. Making our experience satidfed

As the store tried changing the delivery date. Whilst we had already waited a month. Called customer services and spoke to Harry who was amazing and sorted straight away. The store just didn't want an empty space in the shop. And seemed to be a bit snidey.
