Second time of writing as timed out first time???? Was met by Howard who asked if we required assistance and then led us to the video bed to gain the exact type of mattress required. When this completed showed us a number of mattresses from a wide price range complete with pillow and no pressure. Mattress picked we requested that we could continue to browse; we agreed on a bed that we both loved (did not intend on buying a bed) returned to Howard who then offered refreshments. Also bought the pillows (again no pressure) and because only one was in stock and the distance from the shop requested that they be delivered (arrived within 48 Hours). Whole shopping experience was pleasant with no pressure at all thankyou.

I didn't see a lot of staff working at the time. Luckily it was midweek so I was about the only customer but I would have have to wait a fair time if the server was already ordering for someone else. I also don't think a company keep to high standards if everyone is highly satisfied all the time, they have no goal to aim for !

Delivery time to long.

Store was average as in the same as any other furniture store

We were satisfied with everything. However, we felt that the sales assistant was very keen to point out all the tick list items that he had completed at the end of the transaction rather than leave the choice of answers to us.

We come to store but we’re unable to buy product we wanted (or Sealy mattress) and alternative we chose was not in sale

Wasn't told the mattresses we purchased were going to be £100 cheaper the following day. The staff must have known but kept the secret to themselves. Thanks for that.

No reason. I stated I was satisfied. A larger selection of zip and link mattress by different manufacturer like hypnos would be nice

We just feel there was a lack of matching bedroom furniture in store so only purchased a bed when we wanted more than this
