The choice of product for the price I wanted to pay was limited. The other product was still being displayed but was out of stock, and had been apparently for a while, with no date for stock being available.

I wanted a Doze Cora. The website gives very little information and is of little help when it comes to actual availability. Tunbridge Wells just said 'order it online'. I began to ring other stores as Tunbridge Wells weren't offering that service. One store was Gillingham who said they had none in stock but called me back 5 minutes later telling me they had found one and would they like me to have it put aside... much better! Shame i had to chase around the stores myself.

I was very satisfied with this visit. The staff were friendly and efficient. Prices were expensive but the staff were helpful, friendly. Clean store etc.

Only because the mattress we were interested in had a long lead time of 6 to 8 weeks.
