I was highly satisfied!

The insurance product I was sold previously was no good when I needed it.

Purchasing 2 mattresses, spending 3.5k and was not offered any discount or free pillows when in the past spending much less we were offered both. Having asked for pillows were told we could have 10 percent off, this seemed almost like an insult! It would not stop me shopping with you again, but it would make me look elsewhere first! In the past and on this occasion you have been my first port of call!

My placing of the order went smoothly so jamie did a good job My dissatisfaction came with dreams when the purchase price was £319 then the following day on the website it had been reduced I did call the dreams team and will be getting it at the reduced price BUT if I hadn't have looked I wouldn't have known and I find that sneaky

'Highley satisfied' in my view is exceptional. I WAS satisfied which I think says enough
