Jamie Kitchen took great care of my partner and I. He was very welcoming from the moment we walked in. He offered us refreshments, showed us various products including the sleep assistance bed to help us pick a mattress most suitable to our sleeping positions. Jamie gave us all the feedback the sleep assistance machine provided; all the information was clear and well explained. Jamie was very professional and friendly and helped us in choosing the best products suitable to our needs. We were very happy with the service provided by Jamie and very happy with the products we purchased. We will always go back to dreams as we were very pleased with the staff and the products provided

I liked the mattress calculator. My daughter was convinced she wanted a soft mattress but this showed her otherwise, that she needed a medium. Jamie was very knowledgable about all the products. Even though we don’t need the bed in a hurry we could have had it on a very short lead time. Good social distancing and screens etc set up very well.

The minute we walked in “jamie” the worker at dreams gillingham came up and asked if we needed help. He gave us a go on the dream machine and then explained how it all worked. He was funny and friendly the whole time. Offered refreshments and couldnt be any better. The mattress we chose was comfy and breathable...to be honest i didnt go in with the intent of buying anything...and came out £800 later haha

Nice atmosphere as soon as I walked in. I was asked to lay on a bed that checked my body weight, my size, and the way I go to sleep etc. I then tested the beds that I was prescribed by the bed machine The assistant was Jamie and I must say he was very polite knowledgeable and helpful in every way. Also the other 2 men that were there were also very pleasant. An enjoyable and productive experience altogether thankyou 😊

The store assistant was absolutely lovely and understood my needs. I never thought mattress shopping would be fun but he made it fun even with covid restrictions in place.

Store adhered to current Covid guidelines. Sign on the mattress was misleading as it was described as ‘firm’ online and ‘medium’ in store which meant we wandered around trying to find the mattress we were interested in purchasing. However this was soon rectified and explained by the sales assistant and we were able to view the mattress and subsequently purchase it

We purchased a bed from this Dreams store a few months ago and we were happy with the product and the friendliness of the staff. This store is nearby so convenient to visit.

The sales assistant, Emma, was very friendly and polite. She took the time to listen to our needs, and budget to find beds that truly suited what we needed for our daughters. She didn’t pressure us at all and gave us space to check everything.
