I felt the sales manager listened and helped us find the perfect bed frame and mattress for our needs and budget

The young man Mark who served us gave us grade A service from the moment of contact, he explained, understood and served our needs extremely well and with a very friendly tone. We can be awkward but Mark never flinched at our requests. Extremely professional and lovely guy, well done!

Overall the visit was fine. No complaints. But I thought the mattress price was a bit high and would have liked a 'medium' pillow choice; not just firm or soft.

The staff were great the pricing was not clear on the label and signage it even confused your staff.

The experience in the shop was highly satisfactory and it is just the long wait for delivery that is a little disappointing
