THE STAFF WERE MOST HELPFUL WITH ALL OUR QUESTIONS THAT WE ASKED AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING VERY CLEARLY. SO BY THIS EXPERIENCE WE WOULD ALWAYS BY YOUR PRODUCTS NEXT TIME WE ARE LOOKING FOR A NEW BED OR HEADBOARD. THANK YOU VERY MUCH

The assistant, Emma, was very knowledgeable and assisted us fully in making the correct choice. She was very patient while we were making up our minds.

I was assisted by Jamie and his helpful manner made it so much easier to choose a bed...

I had a good idea what I wanted to order but with the assistance of Mark I was able to complete exactly what I needed. All in all a very good experience. Mark was extremely helpful in talking through options available. All helped along with his humour made the visit memorable. Thank you and I look forward to receiving my order. I am confident that, in the event of a problem, Mark will be available at the end of the phone to help.

Lady was so helpful but not pushy. She asked us if we were ok and told us what we wanted to know then let us think about it.

We like to shop without being harassed by shop assistants following you around and making a nuisance of themselves. Dreams allowed us to go around at our own pace and were there when we had chosen our mattress.
