Product knowledge of staff, assistance in choosing the right bed and offering comparisons within the store and comfort similarities. Allowing us the opportunity to try different beds and pillows suitable to our needs. Very friendly with no pressure sales pitch.

Mark, the Salesman who assisted us, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did not pressurise us into buying today and left us to try the beds but was available when we had questions to ask. Everything was explained clearly to us. Very impressed with the service we received.

We went to benson for beds next door to dreams and the service was the worst so we left and walk in to dreams the service was top from the min we walked in

jamie at the gillingham store was especially helpful and obviously knew product details.overall a far better experience than from bensons.

We were greeted almost immediately and after listing our needs, the guy in the shop found us a bed that met all of our requirements. The process of the order was quick and he explained everything to us fully before we left the store.

We knew what our budget was and dId not feel pressured during the sale. We were advised of alternatives but were left to make up our oown minds. This sale was for my eldsrly mother and the assistant was very helpfu.

Excellent help and information from the salesman, informative without being patronising and explained the rationale behind what he was explaining. Made mattress buying much less of a minefield.

The assistant, Cliff, was very thorough and knowledgeable about the products and went through everything. We learnt a great deal from him, including that our sleeping positions & current mattress/bed was contributing to several major issues.

The salesperson at Gillingham was Mark. I bought my other beds from him before. He is so approachable and a brilliant seller. I went in for one bed and came out with two - totalling about £4000! His personality and enthusiasm was catching. He took time to listen to explain and to put things in order as fast as he could. He even helped me sort out a problem I had with my previous bed. I sent my nephew to him and he also bought a bed from him. The beds are beautiful and the customer service that Dreams provide is one of the best I have known. The only downside is that I found out that Mark was leaving which made me very sad as I don't know where I or my extended family will be without him.
