Dreams - Gillingham

I went into the gillingham store in kent and was greeted by a lovely assistant called Emma, she was very knowledgable and very polite and helpful, showing me all the mattresses that would suit my needs. Emma was not pushy neither did she pressure me into making a purchase, she seemed to have given me her undivided attention in the purchase of my item. The store was very well layed out and very clean as you would expect for a top franchise. Overall I'm a very happy customer who will definitely return when buying anything else of this nature.

Salesman that we talked to on both of our visits (believe his name was Jamie) was very friendly and informative. He helped us to make the best decision without trying to force us to any particular product, he gave objective information about the products on offer which enabled us to make the right decision. Sales process was quick and easy after we had decided on what we wanted to buy and everything was once again explained fully and clearly by Jamie. Couldn't fault it.

I thought I knew what I needed but Jamie showed us other mattresses that we hadn't considered and ultimately purchased a completely different mattress to what we thought we needed, wasn't pushy answered all our questions left us to discuss and test ourselves but always on hand to answer any questions, made us think about stuff we hadn't realised choosing the mattress which made our decision easier

Jamie was outstanding, he took time with myself and my children. Throughout my time in the showroom I was at ease and didn't feel pressured

I found the help and knowledge I received from Emma was excellent. I hadn't any knowledge of mattress differences as this was a first for me... I felt I had made the right choice for myself.
