I had no problem in finding the item that I required and the assistant was very helpful. I thought the service was very quick and efficient and would recommend Dreams very highly.

Jamie was very informative about the beds available, providing pillows and advice on how to choose a suitable bed. He was polite and knowledgeable about the subject and coupled with his enthusiasm made this a pleasant buying experience. He also gave us sufficient time to try the beds and discuss privately - whilst being on hand for any queries we had. A credit to Dreams, we would recommend Dreams to our friends & family.

I initially visited the store earlier in the week where i was greeted by Jamie, he immediately asked if i required any assistance and proceeded to give me a basic guide to beds as i was new to this and recently purchased my first home. The following Saturday i visited other stores to see what was on offer and i found it was not as easy to browse and i did not feel comfortable in purchasing from those stores. I visited Dreams again and Jamie recognised me and greeted myself and my father and made himself available when we needed his guidance. Jamie's product knowledge is impeccable, what was refreshing for me was there was no forced sale, or selling of an unsuitable item. He understood i get very hot during sleep and told me to stay away from the expensive memory foams and advised a pocket spring mattress of which model was noted to help aid coolness in comparison to other pocket springs. Another example of Jamie not forcing a sale was he advised i took the double rather than the slightly expensive king size once he found out the dimensions of the master bedroom. I trusted Jamie and therefore felt happy taking up the additional offers advised by him ie. pillows &10yr guarantee

The customer service from Jamie, the sales advisor was excellent. His product knowledge and advice were great without us feeling rushed or pressured. We wouldn't usually spend so much on a product but feel confident in our purchase,

I have been shopping online for a new bed for a while, and I was just out to have a look at the bed I liked online but seeing as it was at such good value I just had to buy it there and then, I liked how they could ask you when you like it too be delivered.
