I can't remember the name of the Dreams Sales Representative we met when we first came to the store but he was very passionate about what he did and was extremely helpful. Made us feel at ease so much so that we came back to buy a bed. Unfortunately he wasn't there on the day we purchased but we had the branch manager and explained how helpful the previous representative was. We originally wanted to buy the bed with the sofa through an alternative company but after visiting two others who weren't as helpful and didn't have as much time and selection to chose from, we came back. Sales lady was so helpful as I required a small double which ive never purchased before and captured the sale as I was browsing and was going to visit other stores

The range of beds was extremely good. The sale prices were good too. The expertise and friendliness of Emma was a huge help and a bonus to our visit. She was very helpful, very knowlegable, and most efficient but in the friendliest and helpful of ways. We couldn't have had a better sales assistant.

Our salesman Ian was very helpful. The only thing we would criticise would be no air con in building. It was very very hot and we could not make up our mind which bed frame to buy. Ian was great and we got there in the end

I felt the service I received from Gary in the store was excellent, he was exceptionally polite, understood our requirements and was not pressurising us at all, which we had felt in another store. I would definitely return to this store in the future.

Great customer service. The delivery slots could have been better i.e more. I can not comment on the quality as i have yet to receive the product.

sales assistant Gary took care to understand exactly what we were looking for and helped us to select what we consider the items which fit our needs.

Gary was very attentive and understood my needs. He explained the different mattress types and discussed budgets. He was able to direct me immediately to the perfect bed. We were even offered drinks during our visit. The store was lovely and clean and tidy. Other members of staff were also friendly and acknowledged our presence. Gary was very knowledgeable about the products and I would recommend others to visit this store. In fact we have purchased from here before and were very happy. Can't believe how quickly I found the ideal bed and I wasn't rushed. Thank you for excellent service. Just waiting for delivery on Thursday, hope this goes as smoothly.

Yes very polite salesman did not try to rush us gave us time to browse and gave me a cool glass of orange juice.
