Dreams - Gillingham

Wanted a new bed. Gary the sales person fully explained the range and the various product lines very well. Found just what we wanted and for less than we thought we would have to spend. Now looking forward to the bed being delivered.

Ian the assistant spent time with me to help with my selection and explained the process fully

The colleague that served us (Jamie) offered great customer service. He left us to browse initially then talked us through the lay out of the store and what the system was in terms of choosing a bed. He then gave us pillows to try (I appreciate this is a cross sale technique - however was a good touch) He then gave my husband and I more than enough time to browse at our leisure but was on hand to answer any question and he was more than accommodating offering us a drink and really personalising the service we received. He was very knowledgeable and very polite. We left happy.

Ian looked after us during out visit, explaining the types of mattresses in store and when we had selected which type suited our needs, he took us to the 'colour' to try out the mattresses. He left us alone to decide what we would need and was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. We went to another local store after our initial visit to compare options and we found the Customer Service in your store exemplary.

I was extremely pleased with my visit to Dreams, everything was explained in detail and the assistant Jamie was very helpful. Along with his knowledge and feel for what I was looking for I left with a great purchase and happy wife.
