Dreams - Gillingham

Emma at the gillingham dreams branch was absolute brilliant. ...she spent time with us and guided us through the whole process of choosing a mattress. We had particular needs and requirements and we were guided through the whole process...at no point did we feel pressured and emma had a lovely sense of humour which made the whole thing enjoyable.we were both impressed with the staffs friendliness,their product knowledge and tha fact we were given choices all the way through with plenty if time to make our minds up. I would definetly recommend dreams and emmas service was excellent.

The sales assistant, Howard from Gillingham, who helped us while we were looking for the right bed was extremely helpful and amicable. He immediately tended to our needs as soon as we walked into the shop and showed us the perfect bed to buy within minutes. The range of beds was also fantastic, but what would satisfy us a little more was if it was more neatly arranged. Overall, excellent service and I would most definitely visit Dreams again when I am next in need of a bed.

Gary gave us advise on picking a bed and the types of mattress then gave us the space to make our own decision. I hate going in to shops and feeling under pressure to choose because the assistant won't walk away through fear of losing the sale. I really appreciated Gary's approach, we felt really informed and comfortable with our decision. Thank you.

Good service , good products.

The Manager, Gary, was extremely knowledgeable of the products and from the moment he made contact with us he was 'listening' to our requirements and guiding us towards the best mattress for our needs. He didn't try to hard sell the most expensive mattress in the shop but showed us the comparison between the middle priced and higher priced mattresses. We normally shun the add on products and insurance but the Manager made a good case for buying the mattress protector from Dreams and why we should buy the insurance cover. He even provided us with a bag for the removal of our old mattress that wasn't transparent as I was mortified that any one should see our old mattress.

Very helpful assistant at the store. I was directed to the price range of mattress I required and was told in great detail on all the mattresses the assistant new exactly what I needed and I also purchased two pillows on recommendation of the assistant. Helpful delivery guys too.

Found what I was looking for,the customer service was excellent,very friendly and helpful,the product I purchased was very good value for money, defiently use dreams again
