the sales lady was attentive but not overly hovering or pestering. she gave us good advice and left us to try different styles of beds and mattresses. she managed to recommend a bed that fit our requirements and was within our budget - our first choice bed was £400 over budget. My visit and buying experience was informative and decisive - we purchased a bed there and then, after one visit.

Emma, who served us was extremely friendly and very helpful without being pushy. She was highly knowledgeable and extremely capable when it came to explaining the products. She made every effort to ensure she understood our needs and helped us to choose the products that were right for us. We could not fault the service she gave us and she should be complimented on her high level of customer service! We spent some considerable time in the store and were very comfortable as we tried the various mattresses out, we were even given the type of pillows we use at home to ensure our trial experiences would be as close to the actual sleeping experience. We would definitely recommend Dreams at Gillingham and especially Emma!
