Customer service

The service was great. My partner has a back issue which means that they take longer to get on and off the beds. The guy that assisted us he the time to move on and off the beds. And made him feel very at ease. And not self conscious about his disability

Your sales person Howard was very efficient & friendly taking his time to explain the makeup of each mattress we tried. We also went straight to the mattresses suitable for us after using your machine. We found the whole process from being greeted in store, through selection of mattress onto final purchase to be first class.
