The staff was very helpful and help me find what I need

The member of staff was very friendly, patient, more than happy to help and knowledgeable about the products. I felt like i wasn't being pressurised into making a purchase or to spend more than i really wanted or needed to.

I know it is unusual to give such high marks in a survey, but in this case I think it warrants the marks I have given. I only wanted to purchase 4 pillows and for the small amount that I spent I feel I was given the same attention as someone who had spent thousands.

The service we received was excellent the man who helped us Jamie explained everything really clearly and was very attentive.

Excellent service with friendly professional advice without a sales pitch. We were guided through the options and clearly informed on prices. We were then left alone to try out the various products. At no time feeling under any pressure or obligation to buy. Highly satisfied with our purchase.
