I originally placed on order online but for some reason it did not go through, to make things easier I thought I'd go to my nearest dreams store and place the order in store. Upon entering the store I was greeted by an employee names Ian. After discussing with Ian and another employee about the trouble I had online they apologised (even though this was not directly their fault) and it made me feel great that they showed conpassion for my troubles. The best part of my visit was definitely the generosity of the two employees, after entering back into the store they employees had given me 4 free pillows due to altercations with ordering online. This is absolutely amazing, I walked in only wanting to purchase a bed frame and memory foam mattress and left with all my items plus more. It was extremely kind what they did for me, this wouldn't happen online. I'm actually rather pleased I went into store and placed the order the second time round. Great experience, great employees, will definitely be going there again.

Great friendly staff who was more than happy to assist on both occassion when I visited the store. Unstone what we were looking for.

this was my first visit to Dreams and I was surprised at the items, apart from bed. which were available at very good prices

assistant Ian very good at explaining different types of mattresses and gave me plenty of time to try out the various types before finally choosing

i was greeted at entrance to the store in a very welcoming manner and was given information on the product i wished to purchase i then spent time choosing what i wanted without constantly being bothered by anyone which i found a lot more pleasant than other stores where you are continually bothered by staff whilst you are trying to choose something in all i found shopping in the store an enjoyable experience.

Lots of different types of beds to choose from, and very helpful staff.
