The member of staff was very helpful and he spent plenty of time with us.

We made a few visits, on finding a bed we needed to measure as it was going into a fitted bedroom and room was tight. After selecting the bed the assistant helped with the choosing of pillows and duvets. He was very informative and not pushy.

The assistant knew what he was taking about, was not pushy and let me take time to come to my final decision

We were served by Jamie who gave us all the help and assistance needed. He answered all our questions and knew the products. If he wasn't sure he was honest and looked it up for us. He stayed with us from the start of looking to completing an order. Happy with the bed and mattress and additional option for guarantee. Just a very good experience overall.

emma, was our assistant and her knowledge of all the products was exceptional. she answered all our questions and assissted us with all our needs, also leaving us too browse around but was there for us when we needed her , her proffesionalism was very high and we were pleased too go back and purchase with her even as we have a dreams store closer too us .

Gary listened to our needs as consumers, took our price range and our likes/dislikes into consideration and helped us out to the best of his abilities.
