Only went in to look but was so satisfied that we placed an order

The assistant (Emma) was excellent. We had our two young children and she was very accommodating. She should be praised and even a Bonus!

I was served by Howard who was kind and VERY helpful. He arranged delivery for me very quickly and was very understanding Deserves employee of the month award!

I was assisted straight away, I have a disability and needed a bed of a certain height, but was insistent on having a ottoman style bed, the assistant was patient, understanding and assisted until we found the correct bed. The only thing that could be improved is delivery times between order and delivery and the fact that he customer can not say morning or afternoon delivery.
