I walked in, I picked up what I waned, I paid, was given helpful advice while completing my purchase and I walked out.

we already had a fair idea of what bed and mattress we wanted to purchase in the store but the customer service and knowledge of the store assistant (Howard) was exceptional. He spent time explaining about each mattress that we tested (and we tried quite a few!!). We have been to this store on previous occasions and have to say, Howard is by far the best store assistant we have ever met and very passionate about his job.

Emma who dealt with our purchase was incredibly helpful without being overbearing or intrusive which was a problem we encountered at other stores on our search for a new matress. She recommended products to us which she thought would meet our needs and was spot on. We left the store feeling confident that we have made the right choice.

I had the pleasure of being helped by both Connor and Howard at your Gillingham branch which made my visit very enjoyable!! They were both very helpful and friendly and I really think you should give Connor a permanent job as he is currently a Xmas temp and he really does a brilliant job!

The colour coded system for the range of beds on offer helped me reduce down my search within the shop and the salesman was on hand for advice

We explained what we were looking for to the Dreams colleague and he advised us where to find it in the store and the purchase was made very swiftly.

Good service. Plenty of time to try the beds. Lower prices than the one place we had visited just before. Coffee and toilet provided.
