good clear information, very helpful staff

Gary was helpful and obviously knew what he was talking about regards the mattresses he was selling, he respected the fact that I had a budget and did not try to sell me what i maybe could not afford.

Service was very good and staff had good knowledge of products, very friendly also

no complaints sales rep was approachable and knowledgeable

Knowledge of products by assistant, helpfulness whilst in store, we liked the way the beds are layed out in colours for price/quality

The layout of the shop was explained in detail before we started which made it very easy to find exactly the bed we wanted with no fuss . We then asked for the assistance from the salesperson to work out the price. EASY

Came in previous day to look around, called back following day , Howard immediately can up to me and remembered that I had been in the day before. Howard very knowledgeable about the product.

All our questions were answered. The mattress felt comfortable and the Howard left us long enough to make our minds up

Gary was extremely helpful and friendly and understood our needs :)

Howard Gore was very friendly and welcoming. Smart appearance.
